PRIVATE LABEL PROJECT MANAGER

BIOK laboratorija currently manages 3 brands – ECODENTA, MARGARITA, KILIG, customers can choose from more than 200 different products — face and body creams, cosmetic milks, tonics, shampoos, shower gels, deodorants and oral care products. The company successfully exports its products to the United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden, the Baltic States, Ukraine and Poland. We are expanding our team and looking forward for new member.

What we expect from you:

  • 50% of your time you will spent to manage all projects to keep happy customers and profitable business;

  • 20% of your energy will go on new business development (business events, direct contacts, public procurement projects) to meet business strategy of sustainable growth;

  • Next 20% you will spend to align all needs of Client and possibilities of manufacturing;

  • At least 10% will go for PL process development, cooperation with colleagues and communication issues.

The Candidate should have:

  • Successful experience in selling and managing PL projects in export markets;
  • Extremely strong project management skills;
  • Experience in participation in public procurement projects;
  • Very good knowledge of manufacturing processes;
  • Ability to work in rapidly changing environment;
  • Fluent English skills;
  • Personal qualities such as self-starter and hands–on person.

  • skolų administravimas;
  • vidinių užsakymų valdymas;
  • tiekimo vadybininko pavadavimas pakuočių tiekimo klausimais;
  • pagalba kolegoms, pavestų užduočių atlikimas.

REIKALAVIMAI 

  • aukštesnysis/aukštasis išsilavinimas (pageidautina ekonomikos ar vadybos srityje); 
  • puikūs darbo kompiuteriu įgūdžiai;
  • itin geri organizaciniai bei laiko planavimo įgūdžiai;
  • administracinio pobūdžio ar klientų aptarnavimo darbo patirtis – privalumas;
  • savarankiškumas, komunikabilumas, atsakingumas, kruopštumas;
  • labai geros anglų kalbos žinios;
  • darbo patirtis su analitinėmis ar apskaitos programomis – privalumas.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (FMCG, BALTIC COUNTRIES)

The company successfully exports its products to the United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden, the Baltic States, Ukraine, Poland, etc. We are looking forward for new member.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Working with existing Clients and Distributors: assortment analysis, launching new products, etc.;
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients;
  • Prepare commercial offers and contracts, participate in negotiations;
  • Ensure that all business deals are profitable for both sides;
  • Strong relationship with other departments in the company.

The Candidate should have: 

  • Successful experience in selling Brands; 
  • Proven track of active sales;
  • Not less than 2 years experience in dealing with Retailers;
  • Ability to work in rapidly changing environment;
  • Fluent English skills, Russian is a plus;
  • Data management and analysis skills;
  • Personal qualities such as self-starter and hands–on person.
