Purchase rules

It is very simple and convenient to buy products at the online shop. 

1. CHOOSE
Choose the desired products. You can do this by choosing goods from the main menu or by using the possibility to sort goods by means of the sorting tool on the left. Please indicate the desired quantity of items and click on Add to Basket so that the products would occur in your shopping basket. The list of products that you have chosen can be reviewed and corrected by clicking the Basket icon.  

2. ORDER
To order the chosen products, enter your data and click the Pay button. 

3 READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The minimum order amount: EUR 15 without VAT, excluding transport costs.
Goods are delivered in Lithuania Latvia and Estonia. The price of delivery in Lithuania is EUR 1.74. Upon the order of goods for EUR 29 (without VAT) and more, the delivery is free. The price of delivery in Latvia and Estonia is EUR 5.
The goods are delivered at your indicated address in 3 working days after the payment in any part of Lithuania (except Neringa). In other countries they are delivered in 5 to 12 days. Goods are delivered on weekdays from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM and served only to the person specified. In case you are not present at home, they can be delivered repeatedly for an additional charge at you request.

4. YOUR DATA
Please register if you are a new user. 
Please sign in if you are a registered user of the online shop. 

5. METHODS OF PAYMENT
The payment for products purchased in our online shop is carried out via the Paysera online payment system.
This method of payment is simple, fast and safe.
The Paysera payment system only receives the order number and the amount from our online shop, which it transfers to the electronic system of your bank. The payment is carried out in the electronic environment of your bank where you approve the completed payment order form. Your data are completely safe.
Having paid for the products successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail by the e-mail address specified in the form.

6. PRODUCT DELIVERY
The products that you have purchased are delivered at the DPD batch service. The delivery time on working days is from 8 AM to 5 PM. In case you are not present at home at the address specified, they can be delivered repeatedly for an additional charge at you request.

7. RETURNING THE PRODUCTS
The products purchased in this online shop are only replaced and returned on the basis of the Rules of the Return and Exchange of Goods approved by Order No. 217 of 29/06/2001 by the Minister of Economy.
You have the right to return a low-quality product purchased in our online shop in 14 (fourteen) working days following the date of delivery. In this case we will replace the low-quality product with a high-quality product for free or we will return your money.
High-quality cosmetics, perfumery and hygiene products cannot be returned.

8 DISPUTE SETTLEMENT 

The present Rules have been issued on the basis of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. 

Law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply for the relationships resulting from these Rules. 

All disputes resulting from the implementation of these Rules shall be settled by negotiation. Upon the failure to reach an agreement in 20 (twenty) calendar days, the disputes shall be settled on the basis of the procedures set out in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Please be informed about the possibility to solve the dispute that arises by electronic means, without bringing legal proceedings. In order to ensure easier and faster dispute settlement, a user who has acquired goods or services online in Lithuania or any other EU Member State shall have the right to bring the claim concerning the potentially infringed rights via the Platform for Online Dispute Resolution.
